Return & Refund Policy

At LeFraga, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in crafting, packaging, and delivering every product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, LeFraga does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been delivered and opened, used, or tampered with, except where the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or as otherwise required under applicable law.

Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

2. Product Safety

Our products are formulated using carefully selected fragrance ingredients. Individual sensitivities or allergic reactions may vary from person to person.

Customers are advised to:

  • Read all usage instructions before use.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.
  • Keep products away from children and pets.
  • Perform a patch test where applicable before regular use.

LeFraga shall not be liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from individual sensitivities or improper use of our products.

 

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please notify our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
  • An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product.

For packages showing significant transit damage or leakage, we recommend reporting the issue within 24–36 hours of delivery.

If the outer shipping package appears heavily damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the package wherever possible and notify us immediately.

Upon verification, LeFraga will, at its discretion, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 

4. Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Approved refunds are generally completed within 5–6 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by you after successful verification.

 

5. Non-Delivery Claims

If your shipment tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you must notify LeFraga within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation or reimbursement, as courier partners generally close delivery disputes after the prescribed reporting window.

 

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, payment gateway charges of 2% of the transaction value may be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable processing fees.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If a prepaid shipment is returned to LeFraga after dispatch due to refusal of delivery or failed delivery attempts, a handling and logistics fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used fragrance products.
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging due to customer handling.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions.

Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or final sale events, unless required by applicable law.
