Shipping & Delivery Policy

At LeFraga, we are committed to delivering every order with care, efficiency, and reliability. Each product is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.

 

1. Shipping Coverage

LeFraga currently delivers across India.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hyderabad, Telengana, following a thorough quality inspection and secure packaging process.

We are pleased to offer Free Express Shipping on all orders delivered within India.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Processing times may be longer during festivals, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of exceptionally high order volumes.

Orders are processed only on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Major Metropolitan Cities: Approximately 3–4 business days
  • Other Locations Across India: Approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

 

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation along with a tracking link via your registered email address and WhatsApp, where available.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

 

5. Delivery and Order Verification

To ensure secure delivery, our courier partners may require a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or a signature at the time of delivery.

If you are unavailable, you may authorize another individual at the delivery address to receive the package on your behalf, provided they are able to complete the required verification.

Once the order has been successfully delivered and verified, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

 

6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your shipment arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, please notify our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To facilitate a prompt resolution, please provide:

  • Your Order Number.
  • Clear photographs of the product and shipping package.
  • An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened and the condition of the contents.

Upon verification, LeFraga will, at its discretion, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.

LeFraga shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping or handling charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

 

8. Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Transport disruptions
  • Remote serviceable locations
  • Courier operational delays

LeFraga shall not be liable for delivery delays arising from such events. However, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in tracking and resolving shipment issues.

 

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment to our warehouse.

If delivery cannot be completed due to repeated unsuccessful attempts, refusal to accept the package, or inability to contact the recipient, the shipment may be returned to LeFraga.

Re-shipping charges or applicable handling fees may apply before the order can be dispatched again.
